daily maintenance of the infusion pump

Check before use:

1. Make sure that the equipment is properly placed, safe and secure;

2. Check whether there are foreign objects (such as liquid residues) in the power socket;

3. Confirm whether the audible and visual alarm functions are normal during the self-test process, and check whether there is any damage.

4. Select the appropriate infusion set and stall for the proposed treatment;

5. Check whether the battery power is sufficient, when there is a "battery undervoltage alarm" or cannot be turned on normally due to insufficient power, it should be connected to the network power supply immediately for charging.

During use:

1. Select the part of the patient that is not easy to be squeezed by vascular puncture;

2. The connection with the patient should be interrupted when the equipment is replaced to prevent incorrect dose entry;

3. Make sure there are no kinks in the infusion line;

4. During the infusion process, the infusion bag is hung diagonally above the pump to prevent the liquid from leaking directly into the pump. The liquid medicine dropped on the equipment should be wiped clean in time to avoid the liquid medicine from flowing into the equipment and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
